Shipping & Returns
What shipping carrier do we use?
Our primary mode of shipping is UPS. Rates are calculated in real time using the weight of your shipment and the destination. We offer both UPS Ground and UPS Air services.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the nature of the products, we only ship within the 50 U.S. states.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on or before 1pm Central Standard Time will be fulfilled that same day. Orders placed after 1pm on weekdays or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Return & exchange policy
Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. In the event you request a return or exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I send my order to two separate addresses?
We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we start preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate. Additionally, you may log in to your Cleaning Ideas account and track all your purchases inside your dashboard.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order prior to us fulfilling your oder, please send an email to Randall@cleaningideas.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will either be modified or canceled and refunded.
